How to chart your steps...

Wondering how you could chart your steps/miles every week?  Here 's a great Excel Spreadsheet made by Erin S.!  Click "Save As" to download this to your computer and record your daily steps. You'll only to report the last number to your coaches:  MILES!  Remember, steps need to be recorded and passed along to your Coaches by Friday 4 pm!
